Fitting factory divided into raw material stock,blanking zone,manufacturing shop,surface treatment area,quality inspection area and management office.
The raw material stock contains 1000 square meter for low carbon hexagonal steel,round steel,square bar,stainless steel and brass material.There are several thousand tons of hot rolled sheet and cold rolled sheet,which can be used for various fittings and brake lines.We don’t keep stock for special material such as galvanized sheet or stainless steel or brass or aluminum.
After customer order analysis,the blanking zone will get the cutting list for fitting orders.The daily inspection of plate cutting will be returned to management office every day to insure the exact production material for each order.
Manufacturing shop is the working center of the fitting factory, making the fittings as per detailed drawings which are our fitting data or customers’ samples or customers’ prints.We have all the equipment for various of types,sizes fittings.All production lines were imported from Japan and we adopt Italian technics and skills to make safe and excellent quality products.
Automatically powder coating line is the most important factor for the quality of fittings.We use swiss made automatically powder coating line to ensure the plating quality,with environmental-friendly zinc electrode.
Our R&D lab contains whip test machine,tensile test machine,cold bend test machine,ozone test machine,salt spray test machine,burst test machine.And we make 100% pressure test before shipment.
